Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR PERSONALIZATION?

A: With QDM Personalized Books, all personalization are free with your order.

Q: HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Most orders are usually ready within 48 hours

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PLACE MY ORDER?

A: We recommend that customers order by email or phone because it is the fastest way. However,
mail option is also available
.

Q: DO YOU GIVE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?

A: Absolutely yes, we can give special discounts for large orders of a particular item. Contact us via
e-mail with the quantity desired and we will email you the discount price.

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AFTER PLACEMENT?

A: You have two options. You can check by calling 631-415-4420 or by email. The best method is
sending us an
email requesting your Order Status. You will receive same day confirmation. We
encourage using email for your Order Status as this lessens the load on our phone lines so
other people can get through to order.


Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER SHIPMENT?

A: Yes, if your order is being sent by Priority Mail or Overnight. You will need to email QDM    
Personalized Books for your tracking number. If you requested that your order be sent via
regular mail,we can only tell you when your order shipped.

Q: WHAT NAMES CAN I USE FOR THE BOOKS?

A: Since it is PERSONALIZED books, any name of your choice can be printed into your book.

Q: WHAT ELSE CAN YOU INCLUDE IN THE BOOKS?

A: We can incorporates your child, friends, relatives and hometown into each of the action packed
adventure books in our catalog.

Q: IF I DISCOVER THE NAME WAS PRINTED WRONG IN MY BOOK, IS THERE ANY REMEDY?

A: Please email or call QDM Personalized Books immediately. You will be instructed on how to
send the book back to us with a note explaining the error.
The book will be reprinted it at no    
extra cost to you if the error is our fault.



REGULAR SHIPPING & SALES TAX:

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service, unless you choose to upgrade the shipping as stated below. Please
allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, pending payment authorization of your order. Most orders are ready to ship within 24
hours.




NOTE: We can only ship via United States Postal Service to P.O. boxes, APOs, and FPOs.

SALES TAX

As a NYS registered business, we are obligated to collect sales tax on behalf of the State. The tax will automatically be
charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges for all orders shipping to New York only.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please return it as specified above for a prompt replacement.
